  • You Make People Feel Comfortable

    Your strength lies in making people feel comfortable which is probably very true of women my age coming to the gym (here I was 64 going to the gym with a trainer for the first time). I was not too sure if I would feel uncomfortable with younger people around and realized you treat us the same. I used to feel really self conscious with others in the room but you just make it not matter.

    Phil is such a good trainer, he takes his time and listened to my history of my accident. We've taken a careful workout which he is very good at explaining how to do the exercises as well as making sure that I am in good alignment when I'm doing them. He also has a great sense of humor and a very caring demeanor. You can't go wrong working with Phil.
