High level coaches and athletes know that training for your sport never stops. Before the season begins and after it ends, they are working on their skills and are in the gym improving on their last year to come back stronger and faster. This is critical as it makes their bodies more injury resilient to the stresses of their sport.

While plenty of an athletes’ time is spent on skills and conditioning, my focus is on turning you into the strongest and fastest athlete you can be. 

Implementing science-based performance training, the goal is to use body weight movements and some basic weight lifting to improve coordination, develop power and speed.

LONG TERM ACHIEVEMENT

This is an off-season approach, requiring a commitment of 10-12 weeks and 2-3 sessions per week. The program will be challenging but fun and will results in you being stronger, faster and more injury resilient than before. 

INCREASE PERFORMANCE

With this program we will elevate your key performance metrics of acceleration, speed, change of direction and vertical jump.

After completing the program you will be performing on a different level.
